Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within New Zealand.
We’ve partnered with NZ Post to provide fast, reliable overnight delivery across the country. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our shipping options soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your chocolates on their journey to you! Once you've received your tracking email, your package should arrive the very next day. If you haven't received a tracking email within a few days, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but once your order is shipped, overnight delivery kicks in.
Do I have to pay for shipping separately?
We offer a flat overnight shipping rate of $13 on all standard orders—no surprises at checkout!
Please note: Our popular and exclusive Mystery Box ships separately due to it being twice the size and weight of our standard shipment boxes, and carries a $19 shipping fee.
We promise to pack everything with care so it arrives in perfect condition!
Can I include a personal message if I am gifting it to someone?
Yes, absolutely! You can leave a personal message at checkout, and we'll hand-write it on a gift tag for you.
**I also sometimes include a little note from me just to say thank you for supporting my art.
How should I store my chocolates?
The time has come, your chocolates have arrived!
Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before digging in — trust us, it's worth the wait.
Not ready to indulge just yet? Keep them chilled and they’ll stay delicious for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!).
What if my chocolates arrive melted or damaged?
We take care of our packages securely, but if anything goes wrong during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right.
